The fact that Benzino was outed for being in a relationship with trans model, Shauna Brooks, on 50 Cent’s Instagram has been an interesting story to follow. Benzino clapped back at 50 Cent, but the damage may already be done.
50 Cent posted two Instagram videos of Shauna Brooks, having a conversation with Benzino about the discomfort he has with their relationship being public knowledge.
The first video had the caption, “Young Buck, Benzino just embrace who you are but don’t pat nobody butt when they score a basket ?fool. LOL?Hahaha, Nah ?FOR REAL! PUNK.”
You hear Benzino telling Brooks, “I’m just now adapting to this type of world. Who I was before… I’m an alpha male. I’m THAT nigga. Now, yes, I’m saying this shit is all new to me. And I’m trying to be open-minded about it. But then I’m like, ‘yo, this is crazy the way got you lookin’… it’s just… nah mean… and it’s not like I’m looking for some other trans now… I haven’t even looked at that. I haven’t even done that. The second video has a better visual of Shauna’s face with the caption “?LOL OH MY GOD, THIS IS GUY IS CRAZY. @iambenzino.”
You hear Benzio pleading with Brooks to keep their relationship private because being in a relationship with a transgender woman is new for him. Benzino says, ‘I’m looking bad, you’re not looking bad Shauna, can’t you get that through your head? You just look like a chick trying to fuck with a nigga. While 50 Cent wasn’t the person who directly outed Benzino, he sure helped spread the word. 50 Cent obtained the videos because Brooks secretly recorded their conversations and shared them with her OnlyFans account. So technically, one could say that Shauna outed Benzino. Shauna Brooks responded on her Twitter account saying she didn’t mean to out him. She’s just tired of being kept in the shadows and used as men’s toys on their time.

Benzino clapped back at 50 Cent on Instagram questioning his sexuality due to a storyline in POWER.
However, Benzino took to Twitter and explained that he lost @iambenzino on Instagram a year ago so he wasn’t the one who created the messages. He also let it be known that his lawyers are going to go ham on whoever defames his name and legacy.
