Cardi B is looking for some concrete evidence that aliens truly exist.
Cardi discussed the possibility of extraterrestrial life on the most recent Hot Ones show in light of the US government’s recent congressional hearing regarding UFOs. She seemed to be fairly certain that we are the only intelligent species in the galaxy.
The “Bodak Yellow” rapper asked host Sean Evans, “I really don’t believe that aliens are real, because it’s like, okay, so if aliens are real, and they’re smarter than us, right, why they just haven’t invaded us? Aliens, if they smart, they know how humans are. Humans are despicable. They want to take over everything; they just want to have power over everything.”
Cardi added that it is also untrue that aliens might just be too absorbed with other pursuits to desire to colonize another planet.
“People be like, ‘Why would aliens would want to invade Earth? Earth is ghetto. They probably so advanced, they probably think Earth is, like, a small fry,'” stated the Bronx native. “It’s not about that. It’s the art of war.
Cardi B Is Skeptical About Aliens
“If they so smart, like people think that they are, they would’ve been invading us just so they could just have us and not…” the “Up” hitmaker stammered. “I just know that they ain’t real! I don’t care! I don’t care!”
Cardi and Offset previously talked about aliens on an Instagram Live together in July, following the hearing that, in part, revealed accusations that the U.S. was allegedly in possession of “non-human” remains from extraterrestrial objects.
Offset expressed, “I think that aliens exist. I’ve been seeing UFOs. It’s live footage of them motherf*ckers too now.”
Later, Cardi responded, “I just be feeling like that sh*t just be fake. It’s just conversation to keep us going.”
