Weezy has been on deck lately, from hitting up Thrasher Magazine’s Double Rock skatepark to launching skate influenced brand Trukfit. In honor of Go Skateboarding Day (June 21, I am sure you were all out shredding), Wayne announced via press release that his DEWeezy skatepark would be built in New Orleans’ Lower Ninth Ward.

DEWeezy is a collaboration between Tunechi and Mountain Dew that focuses on “skate-and-music-themed activations.”
