On Friday, September 28th, graffiti artist and designer Eric Haze commemorated a career milestone with a 25 year retrospective of his works at the Solo Gallery in New York City. The gallery was decked out wall-to-wall with various works from Haze Brand over the years. Some of the featured items were Haze Brand customized caps, shirts, bags and sneakers. The venue’s walls were decorated with 35 framed silkscreen pieces and 10 embroideries of Haze’s designs. Among the attendees  showing their support for the exhibition were Carl Banks, Dee & Ricky, Corey Homicide, Rosie Perez and SadatX.

Eric Haze has collaborated again this year with G-Shock for their 30th anniversary, releasing another timepiece inspired by his artwork. This 4th signature 30th Anniversary timepiece is one of the most coveted G-Shock watches released. Eric Haze and G-Shock have forged a close business partnership that spans over 15 years, his creation of the G-Shock 25th and 30th anniversary logos is a testament to that.

Shigenori Itoh, the CEO of Casio America said, “Eric Haze has been an important figure in our brand’s history and we respect his talent immensely. We could not imagine another artist designing our anniversary logos that mark such significant achievements.”
