Set a timer for the desired duration of the breathing exercise. Now, close your eyes and begin to breathe in slowly.

Focus on your breath and think about how the air feels in your lungs. Make sure to fill up your lungs with air before exhaling. When the time is up, the breathing exercise can be stopped.
