Dustin Michael the ‘B5’ Member, Reveals His Love for a Transgender Woman in Recent IG Post

Dustin Michael reveals his relationship with a transgender woman. He is known as the lead singer in the R&b/Pop ‘B5’ group.

He revealed in a recent Instagram post that he is in love with a transgender woman. 

The LGBT+ community has not been a safe place these last few years of people coming out and disclosing who they are. There have been many people killed due to the fact that they are simply themselves.

In a recent post that D.Smith, who is Dustin Michael’s transgender woman, posted a shooting involving another transgender woman, Rasheeda aka KoKo Da Doll, who was shot and killed in Atlanta, GA on April 18, 2023. 

As Dustin reveals the love that he has for D. Smith, he goes on to say the reasoning of his post and openness to discuss his relationship status. 

“I recently saw a post discussing the killing of KoKo Da Doll in Atlanta, GA. As a man, a black man particularly, I feel as though we are not allowing ourselves to love openly who we want to love without fearing shame or fearing shame publicly.” said Dustin in the recent IG post.

He goes on to say that you shouldn’t be ashamed to love who you want & that most men grew up not being able to express their emotions which leads them to suppress the emotion and become angry. 

“I am in a beautiful relationship with a woman who is sexy and makes me feel good.” said Dustin in IG post. 

He also tagged his girlfriend, D. Smith, who was super pleased by his post and also shared her happiness with Dustin. 

“I’m so proud of you. We’ve known each other for almost 10 years now and every moment with you was validating. So many men only dream of being as brave as you are. Thank you for being the example of a human just loving a human. I’m so grateful for your heart, ambition, and spirit! I love you” said D. Smith in the repost of Dustin’s IG reel.
