Entertainment legend Janet Jackson, after appearing in Blackglama’s most successful “What Becomes a Legend Most?” ad campaign yet again partners with Blackglama, incorporating her stylish influence. The brand proudly announced yesterday, the launch of the Janet Jackson Blackglama Collection, a line of luxury fur outerwear and accessories.
The 15 piece collection ranging from coats, jackets, vests, scarves and other accessories will debut in stores later this month. All contain both classic and contemporary elements and utilize Blackglama mink along with other materials such as leather. “The art of fashion is one of my great passions,” states Janet Jackson in a press release. “I’ve worked for years to bring a collection into the world. Partnering with Blackglama is very exciting.”
Consumers can expect to see Janet Jackson’s own personal flair with this new line. “When we began preparation for the second Blackglama campaign, Janet became very involved in the design process. The result was an amazing collection of Blackglama garments and accessories that reflect Janet’s tremendous sense of style and fashion,” said Mike McCrea, VP of Marketing for Blackglama.”

Priced for the luxury market, the Janet Jackson Blackglama Collection will retail at select Saks Fifth Avenue and Bloomingdales department stores.
