Beyoncé to Headline UK’s V Festival


It’s safe to say that the Knowles-Carters have officially filled their dance cards. With news coming from both camps announcing added shows and tour dates, Beyoncé has officially moved into overdrive with the announcement that she will be headlining United Kingdom’s V Festival. The Festival will take place August 17-18th in Hylands Park, Chelmsford, and Westland Park, Staffordshire. In its 18th year, the festival also has also scheduled Kings of Leon to headline. Other featured performers include Jessie J, Kendrick Lamar and Calvin Harris.

In case you’re keeping track, Beyonce begins The Mrs. Carter Tour on April 15th, which closes on August 5th at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn. While on tour, she will simultaneously be headlining The BET Experience and The Essence Festival. Her husband, Jay Z, will be on The Legends of the Summer tour with Justin Timberlake. Also, Jay Z and Timberlake will headline The Wireless Festival in London July 12-13th.
