Joseline Hernandez is being sued for $25 million over the alleged assault at her most recent Joseline’s Cabaret reunion filming. The news comes as no surprise, considering how much buzz was created in the aftermath of the reunion filming.
Back in March, cast members detailed the drama that took place in a series of social media posts.
Amber Ali detailed that she put hands on Joseline during the reunion special, but was immediately attacked by Joseline’s partner Ballistic. Amber went live on several occasions, 1) from a hospital bed 2) hospital bed live with fellow cast member Kay Kapri and then again 3) when she finally left the hospital.
Amber said then that she intended to press charges against Ballistic (Joseline’s fiance) and Joseline and even indicated that she may pursue legal action against Zeus network as well. Amber says Ballistic and Joseline assaulted her and left her with injuries that required a hospital visit.
According to TMZ, four of the dancers from Joseline’s Cabaret are suing Joseline for assault and battery. Joseline Hernandez is being sued for $25 million dollars. They claim that they were ambushed at the reunion taping and that the attack was actually planned on Joseline’s part. They go as far to say that they arrived in heels, while Joseline was prepared with combat boots.
Joseline tweeted about the incident in the days following the assault. The tweets are being used in the lawsuit as well.
Zeus Network is not named as a party in the suit.
The Joseline’s Cabaret reunion episode has been on hold for several weeks. An extended first look trailer has finally been released, but no release date has been announced yet.
