Kanye West & Eminem Collaboration Set For Friday Release

Kanye West and Eminem collaboration

Two Hip Hop giants are to join forces for a brand new track set to be released on Friday (8/26).  The Kanye West and Eminem collaboration is on a track titled “Use This Gospel (Remix)” which will be included on DJ Khaled’s God Did album.

Back in September of 2020 Dr Dre uploaded a picture of himself and ye in the studio which read a caption of “Jesus Is King 2 coming soon”. A few weeks later it was followed up by a tweet from Ye which read “@Eminem THANK YOU FOR RAPPING ON THE DR DRE REMIX OF USE THIS GOSPEL. I HAVE ALWAYS LOVED AND RESPECTED YOU AND I’M HONOURED TO HAVE YOU BLESS THIS SONG….. IT’S ALSO NORTH WEST’S FAVOURITE KANYE WEST SONG OF ALL TIME” That tweet was liked by over 30K followers and soon fans began to ask the question, When is this coming out? Now almost two years later the track will feature on DJ Khaled’s new album with production of the song handled by Dr. Dre, The ICU & Khaled himself. The original Use This Gospel was part of Ye’s Jesus Is King album back in 2019.

This will be only the second time both Rappers have featured on the same track together, after 2009’s Forever which additionally featured Young Money powerhouses Drake and Lil Wayne. As for Eminem and DJ Khaled, this will be the first time the pair have linked up.

It comes after a busy spell for Em, He released a second greatest hits compilation in Curtain Call 2 and is set to be inducted into The Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame in November.

The Kanye West and Eminem collaboration song and album will be released on Friday to all good streaming platforms.
