Since 1999, we’ve all grown to love R&B singer Sammie‘s smooth vocal deliverance and sensual perspective on love. From his breakout hit, “I Like It”, all the way to his latest, such as “Bad Gal” and “Good Life”, from his third studio album, Coming of Age, we could never deny Sammie’s prime contribution to the world of R&B. He has literally been on the scene for nearly twenty years, effortlessly putting out hit after hit. He’s a dope dude with an ever doper talent.

However, the songster has decided to take his talents elsewhere, as he just recently revealed that he’s now in the process of working on a book.

“Happy to announce that I’ve finally been encouraged to complete an idea I’ve had within me for about 4yrs now of adding the title “author” to my repertoire.” He stated in an Instagram post.

Though we’re not sure of any further details, regarding the book, we’re excited to see what the R&B King has up his sleeve with his new author endeavor. Barely a month after Coming of Age, aside from writing his new book, he’s also been in the studio, writing new some new music for the fans, as he stated on Twitter.

As of recent, along with the release of Coming of Age, Sammie just wrapped up Tank’s SAVAGE tour. Earlier this month, he also unveiled the visual to his song, “Too Long”. Take a look at it below.
