In response to the rapper’s worries over their eldest daughter’s use of TikTok, Kim Kardashian, who has four kids with Kanye West, appears to have concurred with her ex-husband.

The American TV personality seems to be acknowledging that Ye may have had good reason to be worried about North’s use of TikTok.

In a Time magazine cover interview, the 42-year-old talked about a TikTok video of North and revealed that the clip showed her 10-year-old son singing filthy lyrics from a tune by Ice Spice.

The young child costumed as Ice Spice sung along to the rapper’s song “Boy’s a liar, Pt 2” (featuring PinkPantheress) in the video, which Kardashian and North released on their shared TikTok account in March.

In 2022, Ye was upset by the video and stated his worry about North’s TikTok usage. The “N*ggas In Paris” hitmaker claimed in the video that he and Kardashian had spoken about North’s TikTok because he did not want his daughter to be “used by TikTok”.

Many admirers supported the father of four, and others even said that Kanye was “right” to worry about his child’s TikTok videos.

As she remembers deleting the video “as soon as [she] saw the words,” Kardashian also acknowledged to Time that West might have been correct “in that instance.”

“As soon as I saw the words, I was like: ‘Oh no, we’re taking this down,’” the KUWTK star expressed. “I saw on the internet, [people saying] ‘Kanye was right,’ and maybe he was in that instance.”

Kardashian defended her daughter’s use of the app while stating that she will “fight for her to be creative,” despite the fact that she agreed with her ex-husband in that particular situation.

“But she loves making slime videos and doing her little hair tutorials, and I will fight for her to be creative,” Kardashian furthered. The mother-daughter duo has 16.2 million followers on their combined TikTok account, where it states that the account is “managed by an adult” and that comments are disabled.
