Check Out Jhené Aiko’s video for ‘Never Call Me’

Jhené Aiko is back with two new videos for her song “Never Call Me,” off her latest album, Trip. The videos, released Tuesday  (Mar. 20), for her manics to consume. These videos came out after the singer recently celebrated her birthday.

Both videos are for the same song yet you get two different feelings. One video is a Japanese-style theme and the second motion picture is the Slauson Hills edition with an appearance from Nipsey Hussle. The song being about an ex who lacked communication skills. ‘Never Call Me’ also feature Kurupt who let it be known that he will have Jhené back against bustas, as he calls them.

The Japanese-style theme video, Jhené Aiko interpretation of Izanami no Mikoto, is a funeral to send off her ex. According to Refinery, “The funeral is for a man I knew personally. A man who lost his way,” Aiko declared. “A man who played the victim in a situation where he surely was not. A man who is a liar and cheater.”

The other video for “Never Call Me” is filmed in her environment of South Central Los Angeles. In this video you ride around Los Angeles and vibe in the hood. It’s like we are getting a hood version of Jhené Aiko we never seen.

Recently Jhené Aiko went viral because of stories of cheating rumors from Big Sean . The Twitter streets were saying a member of Twenty88 with another singer, who was not Jhené, at a party. The singer being Nicole Scherzinger from mid 2000s ladies pop group Pussycat Dolls. To contain the rumors, Jhené Aiko called it fan fiction in a tweet and Big Sean quoted his lady’s tweet and put five clapping emojis.

Besides celebrating her birthday, Aiko has also raked in a gold plaque from RIAA for her song Sativa, which featured Swae Lee from the duo called Rae Sremmurd. With her album Trip out now, she dropped a short film and has a poetry book called 2Fish in iBooks.
