Daley Until The Pain Is Gone Single Pairs Singer with Jill Scott
British singer/songwriter Daley has been consistently delivering music since he first emerged on the scene. For many, the first introduction to the singer came when he teamed with Marsha Ambrosius for 2012’s “Alone Together”, but he’s been around since 2011. The newest release from Daley Until The Pain Is Gone is another splendid duet, this time teaming him with the sultry and smooth vocals of Jill Scott. The single was set to be released on march 24, 2017 alongside the album Spectrum.
The single was inspired by a releationship in the past which did not work out. In an interview with billboard Daley said.
“The song kind of came out of frustration I was feeling in a relationship. The situation was going nowhere because we both weren’t really fully able to admit how we felt about each other and just be honest. And that situation didn’t really work out, but for the purposes of writing this song, I just kind of gave it a happy ending and idealized it a little bit.”
