Reportedly, now Kanye West is under investigation for battery after snatching a lady’s cellular phone out of her hand and throwing it after he asked her to stop filming him. The icon producer-turned-fashion mogul attended his daughter North’s basketball game, and as he was leaving he detected paparazzi following him. Though uncertain if the woman was merely a fan or a tabloids photographer, West exited his vehicle and confronted the camera wielding lady while she sat in her car taping him.
As seen in the below viral video, Kanye West said to the woman filming him, “You didn’t have to run up on me like that. If I say stop, stop with your cameras!” As the woman attempted to defend herself by saying he’s “a celebrity” so she could film him, that’s when the “Flashing Lights” rapper reached into her vehicle, yanked her mobile device and hurled it. After he throws the phone, Yeezy allegedly confronted another pap as he walked away. How long the lady was videotaping the Grammy award winner and what took place prior to him getting out his vehicle to confront the woman remains unknown.

Apparently, the woman visited the sheriff’s department after the incident. The “Diamonds From Sierra Leone” spitter is now a suspect in a battery investigation, according to reports. Aside the phone chucking altercation, there was another time in the day where Kanye West asked to be left alone. After the Chicago native got back into his vehicle, Ye whipped up on a crew of paps who were recording him as he threw the woman’s phone into the street.
West said to the pap: “You want me to be running up on your kids’ games like that? Everybody needs to stop when I see my kids. If I need to see my kids, you can’t photograph me. It’s called human rights.” The pap defended himself saying “there’s 100 of us” and that it was a public street, thereby, they were allowed to take pics and film him. Yeezus stared at the pap without responding, then pulled off with Bianca Censori (his new spouse) riding shotgun in the passenger seat.
