On Friday (March 3), Michael B. Jordan released his directorial debut Creed III, which is a spin-off of the Rocky franchise. Aside from directing, Jordan starred as Adonis Creed, the bastard child of the late Apollo Creed who ultimately becomes the heavyweight champion of the world.

Presently, Creed III is smashing the box office and is the No. 1 movie in the world. Naturally, thoughts and opinions about the boxing drama have been pouring in online — particularly on Twitter.

‘Creed III’ Reviews: Here’s What Twitter Has to Say

Another Twitter account shared: “Saw Creed 3 yesterday here are my thoughts. Good story, compelling villian, fight scene at end was kinda lame, and they really missed an opportunity to name it Threed. Overall score: 74.2/100 #Creed3 #CreedIII #Creed.”

However, Creed III didn’t receive all good reviews on the platform.

“Saw Creed 3 last night. Had the makings of a good film but weak and predictable storyline, odd noticeable weight differences between fighter’s fighting and NO mention at all of the legend that is Rocky Balboa – 6/10,” said user Pep M. Also, user Dave Ralph concurred: “Creed 3 is absolutely horrible and that is very hard for me to say but it’s just so damn bad.”
