Birdman & Young Thug Reunite For Rich Gang 2, Premiere First Single, “Bit Bak”
Birdman, Young Thug and Rich Homie Quan teamed up for a pretty fire mixtape in 2014: Rich Gang: Tha Tour Pt. 1. This week, the Cash Money CEO has linked back up with Young Thug for another Rich Gang collaborative song. “Bit Bak”, produced by 808 Mafia, doesn’t feature Rich Homie Quan, but it’s a lot going for it with just Birdman and Thugger on it.
“Stunna, Stunna Man / I bet him for a 100 bands / Rich Gang, we are the taliban / Bust through them rubberbands / I do it for my momma, man / We came out of the trash cans / Look at me / I’m the last man standing”, Birdman raps on “Bit Bak”.
In addition, Birdman has confirmed that a follow up to Rich Gang: Tha Tour Pt. 1 will be dropping this year. Rich Gang 2: The Lifestyle will be arriving April 14th. He also confirmed that Rich Homie Quan won’t be along for the ride this time around.
“Me and Thug working on a part two right now,” Birdman told Travis Scott in an interview on .WAV Radio. “That’s what we doing right now, so we looking to drop it probably whenever we say go. But we got a good, solid 10-12 [songs] that we really, really like. Part two gon’ be me and him.”
