300 Entertainment’s YNW Melly is pushing forward with the release of his new album, Melly vs Melvin. The Florida native, whose real name is Jamell Demons is currently locked up, awaiting trial on murder charges for allegedly killing two of his associates in October 2018. But that isn’t stopping him or his team from releasing the YNW Melly Melly vs Melvin album. The project drops on Friday November 22nd.
The Florida native has been behind bars since February for his alleged involvement in the murders of two of his associates, YNW Juvy and YNW Sakchaser. Jamell Demons (a.k.a YNW Melly) and Cortlen Henry, another associate of Melly, have both been arrested and charged with two counts of first degree murder in what the police are calling a staged drive by shooting.
The State of Florida is reportedly seeking the death penalty and confident it can “prove beyond a reasonable doubt” Melly murdered both men for financial gain.

Just a couple weeks ago, the visual for another single, “223s” was released featuring 9lokknine.
The YNW Melly Melly vs Melvin album is his second release this year, following up January’s We All Shine album. That album featured the Kanye West assisted, “Mixed Personalities” single.
