Brent Faiyaz‘s Wasteland album has finally arrived, and so has social media’s opinions on it.

It’s been nearly five years since we’ve received a full-length body of work from Faiyaz, so… it was pretty much a given that he wouldn’t let the lost time go to waste.

The 26-year-old R&B crooner’s sophomore project is compiled with a total of nineteen tracks, graced with features from Tyler, the Creator, Alicia Keys, Drake, The Neptunes, and fellow Maryland native Joony.

Ahead of Wasteland‘s release, Faiyaz just recently premiered a documentary teaser to one of the album’s leading singles, titled  “Price of Fame,” which was initially debuted on his 2021 EP Do Not Listen.

Watch the official visual for Brent Faiyaz’s “Price of Fame” below!

Known for his toxic twist on modern-day love songs, listeners of Brent Faiyaz just can’t seem to get enough of the “Trust” singer-songwriter’s unconventional approach to his artistry.

Musically and creatively a force to be reckoned with, it’s safe to say that Faiyaz hasn’t made a bad song yet.

However, we’ll let Twitter be the judge of that.
