Whether it’s his music, television show, or booze business, 50 Cent doesn’t mind proclaiming himself the best at anything he does. Now, he’s comparing himself to Eminem.
The hip hop artist behind “21 Questions” recently shared a montage of the “Top 10 Rap Albums With Highest First Week Sales” in rap history on Instagram.
The meme claims that The Marshall Mathers LP and The Eminem Show are the only two albums that outperformed 50 Cent’s The Massacre in their first few weeks of release.
“The funny s### is only @eminem sold more then me,” he wrote in the caption. “I made [ninja]’s so uncomfortable they don’t want to remember. LOL.”
As you can imagine, Fif’s post slightly broke the internet and shook up social media.

Fans swamped the comment area of 50’s post with happy (and nostalgic) thoughts about that period of their lives.
“There will never be another run like Shady/G-Unit/Aftermath. If you weren’t there to witness it, you’ll never understand. Untouchable 🔥,” said one Instagram user.
Someone else chimed in, “Everybody always talks about Get Rich or Die Tryin (goated album for sure) but The Massacre is HIGHLY underrated in album talks 💯.”
The discussion began to heat up, naturally. “If Eminem was black, he would be the Muhammad Ali of Rap! Rakim Allah said that about Eminem and Rakim is better than any of y’all rappers favorite rapper. I dare any of you to say something so I can destroy your argument,” a fan commented.
One IG user even got touchy. “I want u to kno u one of da Greatest 50 what u did is incredible u beat da Odds u could of died in 2000 anything after that is a success , Mama Love Proud 🖤,” said the sentimental fan.
Kanye West, Drake, and Lil Wayne were among the other artists who made the list in addition to the Dr. Dre proteges.
