Fans are defending Drake against Joe Budden but it seems he has it all handled.

The Canadian rapper has been headlining the news since the release of his much-anticipated album, ‘For All the Dogs’ but hate comments are the only things flying around. Especially from Joe Budden, who shaded Drake and his album not so subtly on his podcast.

What Started The Beef?

In his most recent show, Budden discussed the 23-track album Drake dropped and even the deaf could tell that he was not a fan.

“He rappin’ for the children. Yo dog, I had to look up how old this ngga was when I finished listening to the album,” Budden said. “You are 36! Your birthday is in 20 days. I Googled that, too. You’re going to be 37 years old. Get the fck away from some of these younger nggas and stop fcking these 25-year-olds.”

The Comments That Baked Budden!

After the show, Drake replied to Budden in an Instagram comment section with “@joebudden you have failed at music, You left it behind to do what you are doing in this clip cause this is what pays your bills. For any artist watching this just remember you are watching a failure give their opinion on his idea of a recipe for success… a quitter give their opinion on how to achieve longevity…”

He concluded by adding “You switched careers cause the things that pop into your brain had you broke living cheque to cheque and the raps you write had 450 men showing up to your shows in dusty Enyce jeans to screw up their face to Mood Muzik 29 and pretend you are the goat…”

He didn’t stop there, he went on his Instagram some hours ago to post a picture of himself which he captioned, ‘I thank God for this life and not having to come to rushed conclusions on Best Buy Podcast mics.’

The back and forth is brazy and Budden had also gone on X yesterday to reply a tweet on his TV community that said,

“No offense but Joe telling Drake to stop fucking the 25-year-olds is absolutely wild”

Budden quoted this with “I got a little carried away lol the content should mature a bit tho… 1 day.”

While some people think Budden is not far from the truth in his comments, some think his is a certified hater and probably a little green jelly too since he failed at music. This is what they are saying:

I really don’t see anything Joe Budden said wrong but Drake not wrong either
