There are many relationship mentors out there, but one that has risen to fame fairly quickly is Shera Seven.

Best known for her catchphrase “sprinkle sprinkle,” she considers herself a financial coach. However, her online content more so matches that of a relationship coach for women. Her famous catchphrase was also recently used in Lizzo’s song “STILL CANT FUH,” so she’s clearly making the right people notice.
Seven’s Background
While not much is known about her early life, we know she was born in the US. According to Medium, she has had her fair share of bad relationship experiences. After finding out that her boyfriend at the time had multiple other relationships including a wife and other girlfriend, she cut him off. However, they did end up getting back together, so she definitely knows what it’s like to be blindly in love, and make less than great decisions because of love.
Her current husband’s name is James Scott, a software engineer. The couple met in a bar where he paid for her drink, and her time at work for the next day. The two eventually got closer and began to build the relationship that they have today. They seem to be going strong with two beautiful daughters.
Videos and Books
Shera Seven started on YouTube in 2011. One of her most famous videos with over 150k views on YouTube is about how to manifest. She discusses the law of attraction, the candle method, journaling, and more. Some of her more recent videos discuss topics including how to heighten standards, how to move on or detach, how to be more confident, and more.
As stated earlier, her relationship-related content is more geared towards women. In her videos, she encourages women to marry rich, value themselves in a relationship, and gives guidance on how to find a man that will provide for them.
She has two books, the first one being “Leveling Up To Your Best Life: Creating a Life of Comfort and Luxury” which came out in September of 2022. The book is a self-help book that helps the reader enjoy life as is, as the description says the book will “help you if you are in search of something that you cannot quite put your finger on, as well as allow you to create the life you have always wanted , but was just to distracted to accomplish.”
Another book she came out with more recently is called “Sprinkle Sprinkle: How To Date a Provider and Avoid a Dusty.” Like her videos, this book gives women the tough love they need to make better relationship decisions and find a good partner.
Shera Seven Impact
Men on social media tend to ask women often “what do you bring to the table?” Many people think that hustle culture, a mindset where one must constantly work themselves to death is the only way to success, is the way to go. While hard work and effort will get one far, hustle culture can lead to a lack of self care with constant stress. Shera Seven’s teachings steer away from that, encouraging women to find partners who will be willing to take care of them without them breaking their backs to provide. Seven’s teachings push the narrative that men should be the providers, and women should not have to “bring things to the table.” If anything, they are the table. Whether or not you agree with this reasoning, Seven’s guidance on how to value oneself and live life happily is something everyone can learn from.
