Tylil James, the 25 year-old TikTok and social media creator who became popular because of his high energy dance and comedy videos is embroiled in some drama. The streamer has over 1.4 million followers on instagram alone, and constantly posts videos with Lebron James. James has been caught in a scandal, public dispute, and potential legal battle with singer/streamer Jourdin Pauline on sexual assault allegations.
Pauline has accused Tylil James of sexual assault during an after party for the Streamer Awards earlier this month. She shared to her fans and followers that police have been contacted and “all the details” have been submitted to authorities. Tylil has denied all allegations, saying that they are completely false.
James took to a livestream, speaking directly to his fans for over 20 minutes about the allegations. While he admits that there was a sexual encounter, James explained that the encounter was consensual. He even presented several pieces of evidence that he explained should clear him of the claims.
Who is Jourdin Pauline?
The “Guyanese Pop Princess” was raised in Los Angeles, and broke onto the music scene back in 2019. Her viral hit, “Spiral” helped her build a tight fanbase. More recently she’s released the singles, “Sugar” and “Do It 4,” doing her best to consistently feed the fans.
Tylil James Threatens Legal Action
James has announced that his legal team has issued a “Cease and Desist” to Pauline, and additionally they plan to file a defamation lawsuit against her.
He also revealed evidence supporting his claim that he did not violate her, with audio recordings and videos between the two. There were also screen shots of Zelle requests for $2,000 dollars from Pauline with the message “4 playing w/ me.” James portrays this as an extortion attempt.

Jourdin Pauline Responds To Tylil James
Pauline jumped on social media shortly after the livestream responding to Tylil and doing her best to defend herself against his extortion claims. She’s also trying to defend herself from the firestorm his livestream created with his fans, something we’ve seen happen with DDG and Halle Bailey after she accused him of abuse.
“The police got ALL the details so stay tuned,” she shared. Doubling down on her claims, she reiterated the abuse and called him a “rapist,” even going as far as to say that, “YOULL BE IN JAIL BOOKIE.”
She also seemed to suggest that that $2,000 Zelle payment she was requesting was for a cell phone that was damaged by Tylil. Evidence that should probably be left for court.
Tylil James’ Girlfriend
The allegations and the encounter are even more messy because Tylil does have a girlfriend. He confirmed earlier in 2025 that he was dating someone, but he has remained extremely private about who she is. But on his instagram stories, amid all the allegations, he did take a moment to post a public message to his lady, apologizing for the public embarrassment.
