Amid all of the losses that this year has taken, love will always win. Well, at least, for Niecy Nash.
Earlier today, the 50-year-old entertainer took to her Instagram to show off her new wife, recording artist Jessica Betts!
“Mrs. Carol Denise Betts,” she wrote in their wedding photo’s caption. “#LoveWins.”
The surprising news that Niecy Nash marries Jessica Betts comes nearly a year after her separation from her ex-husband Jay Tucker, has already received an outpouring of support from fans and friends of the Claws actress all over the globe.
Nash and Tucker married in May of 2011. Last October, it was announced that the former couple had filed for a divorce, which was finalized this past March.
While Nash (now known as Mrs. Betts) didn’t go into much detail about her and her current mate’s marriage ceremony, from the looks of things, it was certainly a beautiful yet intimate one.
As of right now, it’s also unclear how long she and the Chicago-bred singer have been dating. However, the two seem to be happy and very much in love!
We wish them nothing but the absolute best.
