Tyrese sues Home Depot for alleged racial profiling…

According to People, it seems as though Tyrese along with two more individuals from the Fast & Furious crew are taking Home Depot to court as they ran into complications with some employees at the business back in February.

It seems as though the three Fast & Furious members, Tyrese Gibson, Erica Mora and Manuel Hernandez were trying to make a transaction in the West Hills Home Depot in California back in February.

Now, they have teamed up to sue the business for $1 Million in damages. Allegedly, they experienced discrimination and racial profiling and now are suing the company for the many times Tyrese spent in Home Depot.

Tyrese left the store after noticing fans realizing that he was there and gave his card to his two friends to finish making the purchase but even after he came back to the store the cashier allegedly denied him the transaction.

In the report, it states that the cashier refused to make the transaction and stated that they needed identification in order to make the transaction even though Tyrese returned to the store.

The manager of the West Hills store refused to speak with Tyrese about the situation. The lawsuit also reflects the alleged suspicion that the other employees had concerning Tyrese, Erica and Manuel when they also refused to complete the transaction for them.

There was a clip that was published about 5 months ago sharing the interaction between Tyrese and the cashier at the Home Depot as well.
