Brand Strategist, Karen Civil continues to make headway in urban culture as she relentlessly supports some of the most innovative artists/creatives this digital age has ever seen. She’s credited with helping emerging big names like Drake, Nicki Minaj, and J. Cole because of the strong pieces featured on her website, KarenCivil.com, founded in October of 2008. The millennial powerhouse, who has taken over webinar platforms and social media, recently celebrated her birthday earlier this month at Louis Vuitton on Rodeo Drive. Needless-to-say, the event was absolutely star studded. Actor Lauren London and her rapper, “baby fava,” Nipsey Hussle were in attendance, as well as best friend, Beauty Queen Ming Lee; just to name a few.

The 30+ year-old icon first made a name for herself when she was just an adolescent. As a child, Young Civil was a Backstreet Boys fan girl and naturally, she created a fan page for the group. She went on to win a contest for Best Fan Page and was honored with the pleasure of meeting the group. It was then, she realized the potential of her talent.

Fan Girl turned Marketing Genius, Karen Civil spun her enthusiasm for the stars, into being the one-stop shop for super-stardom.
