Kandi Burruss-Tucker Says She Would Leave ‘RHOA’ If Phaedra Parks Made a Return

When Kandi Burruss-Tucker is done with someone, she’s done with them… for good.

The singer-turned-businesswoman made that perfectly clear in her recent interview with It’s Tricky with Raquel Harper.

During the sit-down, Tucker shared that she’d just wrapped season fourteen of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, and when asked about the idea of former co-star Phaedra Parks returning to the show, she was quick to say that she would no longer be a part of the cast if that happened.

“No,” Tucker answered blatantly. “I just don’t think she and I need to interact. You know what I mean? I’ll let her do her thing when they decide to do that.”

Continuing her thoughts on the subject, she also said the situation between them isn’t fixable, but she still wishes the best for Parks.

“I just feel like, you know, at a certain point, you know, [if] you cut ties with people, you could just keep them cut. You don’t have to always try to mend fences. You know what I mean? Let her do what she’s doing,” she expressed. “I wish her the best of luck in all of her endeavors or whatever, but we just don’t need to interact.”

It’s been rumored, for a while, that there were talks of Phaedra Parks returning to Real Housewives of Atlanta and making a resurgence on the popular Bravo series.

However, we’re not sure if that would be a good idea, considering the tumultuous exit she had at the end of the ninth season.

If you need a reminder, Kandi and Phaedra‘s friendship took a horrible fall after the two disagreed over Parks’ divorce from her ex-husband Apollo Nida and the infamous allegation that Tucker, along with her husband, Todd, planned to drug fellow housewife, Porsha Williams.

Although there is no official date for the newest season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, we do know that Porsha Williams and Cynthia Bailey-Hill won’t be returning.

Marlo Hampton is said to be receiving her peach, and Sheree Whitfield is set to reappear, along with newcomer, Olympic Champion Sanya Richards-Ross.
