LeToya Luckett has a new series, Leave It To LeToya and it is gooood. The first episode of Leave It To LeToya is an interview with her ex-boyfriend, Slim Thug, who now goes by Big Slim. The topic? Having A Conversation With My Ex! The 18 minute conversation between LeToya Luckett and Big Slim make for amazing television.
Apparently, LeToya Luckett and Big Slim were together off and on for 10 years! They met in their early 20s, were engaged and split when Big Slim cheated. The conversation is juicy, to say the least. They talk about how they first met, get real about their relationship, and discuss if there is a possibility of them getting back together. They laugh and joke around but you can tell there is a bit of chemistry still there.
LeToya’s interview with Big Slim is a great preview of what’s to come with the series. According to Essence, “Leave It To LeToya gives audiences an in-depth look at the daily life of one of the founding members of Destiny’s Child, follows her pursuit of happiness post-divorce, and facing the everyday challenges of balancing her career and motherhood.” The series is in collaboration with Kin Community, the leader in celebrity-driven lifestyle programming for diverse women’s audiences.
While, the LeToya Luckett and Big Slim interview revealed amazing chemistry, the interview also reminded viewers that LeToya is a mom of 2 young boys, so reconnecting now will take some work. LeToya was twice married before, marrying Rob Hillman in 2016 before quickly divorcing, and then marrying Tommiscus Walker in 2017, before divorcing in 2021.
