Diddy publicly acknowledges Yung Miami‘s ‘Go Papi’ sign for him, and the internet is wondering why he hadn’t done it sooner.
This past Sunday, at the 2022 BET Awards, the City Girls phenomenon was seen holding up a ‘Go Papi’ poster for Diddy as he gave his acceptance speech for the Lifetime Achievement Award.
The two (almost) lovebirds have been casually dating for quite some time now, so when he failed to mention Miami on stage, of course, social media ripped the Bad Boy mogul to shreds.
Additionally, he shouted out his ex, singer Cassie to the audience, which definitely sparked more flames to the fire online.
But… Diddy has been known for (recently) promoting Miami on his Instagram page, so, nearly a week later, he finally decided to show her love on his platform for the nice gesture.
“This is one of the sweetest things anyone’s ever done for me! Thank you Shawty Wop!” he wrote in the caption, ending it with a praying hands emoji and tagging her name.
