Lil Wayne has has turned a $11 million profit after accepting an offer for $28 million on his breathtaking beachfront Miami Beach mansion. According to various online reports, days ago the “Mirror” rap star said yes to an offer for his demesne in Allison Island (one of the most exclusive communities in the East Coast beach metropolis). Tunechi – who rocked the stage at the 2023 Grammys on Sunday (Feb. 5) – initially listed the 10,632-square-foot home for $29.5 million in September 2022 before knocking the price tag down to $28 million.

Nevertheless, the Young Money Entertainment boss hog spent merely $17 million on the Miami Beach mansion five years ago, and thereby pocketed an eight figure profit. It’s reported that the sale is not finalized, however, Douglas Elliman’s own Cyril Matz is representing Lil Wayne and with his repute the deal is pretty much done. Accordant to the WSJ at the time, the “How To Love” hit maker bought the vast estate on Allison Island in Florida back in 2018 for roughly $17 million.

Lil Wayne‘s eyepopping mansion on Miami Beach boasts 9 bathrooms, 7 bedrooms  and 2 half bathrooms, according to the listing. Situated in a gated community, the new owners will surely have plenty of privacy and security. The manor features a monolithic living room with ceilings reaching 22 feet. The abode also traits a statuesque mahogany-clad entryway. Emphasizing the home’s opulence is a movie theater showcasing suede wall coverings. The colossal pool with a surreal bay front view of the beach is perhaps the best feature of them all.

The open and nitid kitchen boasting Sub-Zero, Wolf & Cove appliances and Italian cabinetry is surely a place the new owners will enjoy plenty of laugh-filled conversations and home-cooked meals. There’s an uncovered courtyard adjacent to the kitchen’s appliances that has 20 foot walls. There is also a separate quarters for staff and butler’s kitchen equipped with a votive entrance. Additionally, throughout the property there are idiosyncratic wine cellars.
