A fan proposed to Rihanna! Well, at least… tried to.
Police were called to the “Lift Me Up” songstress’ Beverly Hills abode on Thursday night (March 23) after a guy trespassed with the intention of popping the question to the preggo star.
According to reports, the unidentified man was detained for trespassing at her residence at roughly 12:30 p.m. after traveling from South Carolina to Los Angeles.
He was quickly identified by Rihanna’s security crew, who, according to TMZ, alerted officials after being informed of his premarital plans.
The individual was then taken off the premises while being handcuffed, interrogated, and then freed after it was discovered he hadn’t committed any crimes. He was warned to leave and not come back to the property even though no illegal activity occurred.
Rihanna, ASAP Rocky, and their 1-year-old son may have been at the residence during this occurrence, but this is uncertain.

The 35-year-old billionaire is not unfamiliar with dealing with home invaders.
In 2018, Eduardo Leon, a guy, spent 12 hours inside the “Diamonds” phenomenon’s home before being discovered by her aide.
Leon claimed he meant to have sex with the songstress when he was stopped by police, but fortunately, the latter wasn’t at home. Following the event, a criminal protection order was granted to Rihanna against him.
2013 saw Rih Rih obtain a restraining order against accused stalker Jonathan Whooper.
Having already thrown a chair through her home’s glass door in October of that year, Whooper was apprehended at her LA mansion after several intrusions.
An infatuated admirer broke into her Barbados villa a year before her terrifying experience with Whooper and got as close as 12 feet to the pop star before being apprehended by security.
