Wild ‘n Out star and wife of comedian DC Young Fly, Jacky Oh died on May 31st of this year at a local Miami-area hospital after undergoing a gluteal augmentation procedure (butt lift), and further investigation into her death has been halted.
Her cause of death was only discovered three days ago and today, news reaching us is that the surgeon in charge will be walking free. The Miami Police Department says that the medical examiners have ruled Jacky’s death an accident and because of this, no further investigation will be carried out by homicide detectives.
Jacky Oh Cause of Death
Some months ago, Jacky flew to Miami to have her cosmetic procedure after which she was prescribed some post-surgery pills. She returned to the surgeon, Dr. Okhah when the pills gave her a headache. He then replaced some of the pills and prescribed a massage to take some of her pain away.
Things took a turn for the worse on May 31st when according to her ME report, Jacky started feeling an intense burning sensation in her head and couldn’t speak properly. A family member was quick enough to call 911, but not quick enough to save Jacky’s life. She was pronounced dead upon arrival at the hospital.
The autopsy report stated that Jacky had swelling in her brain and extensive bleeding of the skin around her torso.
What Did Dr. Okhah Have To Say About Jacky’s Death?
Dr. Okhah hasn’t directly addressed Jacky’s death but in a recent post that he made, he ascertained the devotion and quality of his medical care. He said that his office “remains devoted to the highest quality medical care.”
He added that “All aesthetic procedures are performed in a hygienically safe environment to universally recognized medical standards.”

Justice hasn’t been served according to what people wanted, and we can only anticipate the outburst on X formerly Twitter.
Immediately following her death, X was up in arms over B Simone’s comments about her best friend, Oh’s passing. Then Azealia Banks caught heat for defending B. Simone.
Manay celebrities, including K. Michelle, and Blac Chyna have talked about how surgery was not good for them. La La Anthony even appeared in the Killer Curves documentary highlighting the issues with surgery.
