Chris Brown’s Ex-Girlfriend, Karrueche Tran, Takes Legal Action Against The Singer
We all knew that Chris Brown had a little bit of ‘crazy’ in him, but, apparently, just not how much. On Tuesday, TMZ reported that Brown’s model ex-girlfriend, Karrueche Tran, had officially filed a restraining order against the “Party” singer, after discovering that he had been sending death threats to her, through close friends. Recently, Tran made claims to a judge, stating that Brown told the friends that ‘if he couldn’t have her, no one else could’. She then revealed that he also threatened to shoot her and ‘take her out’. It’s been rumored that Brown tried to come after the model’s friends as well, throwing a drink on one of them a couple weeks ago.
However, according to Tran, this isn’t the only bad encounter she’s endured with the estranged R&B lover. A few years back, she says things got pretty physical, resulting in him punching her in the stomach twice and shoving her down the staircase. Does this news come as a shock? Honestly, no. Now, we’re not one to just plant the ‘woman beater’ label on anyone, but Brown did admit to being a serial stalker in a recent Instagram video.
“If I love you, b*tch, ain’t nobody gonna have you. I’m gonna make you miserable.” He sporadically states in the clip. Sounds quite familiar to what he allegedly said to Karrueche.

Though Brown hasn’t spoken directly on the restraining order, he did hint around to it on Instagram yesterday. “Make sure y’all don’t be listening to all this bullsh*t, man. Whatever them people on the other side doing, let them do what they doing.” He says in the video. It’s not clear on if his words were related to this particular situation, but one can assume.
As of now, no other supporting details have been released, but we do know that the restraining order demands Brown to stay at least 100 yards away from Tran and her family.
