This was supposed to be the Summer of the City Girls. JT is supposed to be coming home soon, and Yung Miami was supposed to be holding it down for the Summer with features and shows. But today, Yung Miami confirmed rumors that she was pregnant, after weeks of swirling reports.
In a heartfelt social media post Yung Miami, born Caresha Romeka Brownlee shared the news along with a video of her sharing the news with Pierre “Pee” Thomas, Quality Control founder. In the video a tearful Yung Miami shares the news, along with a bit of regret for the timing. The video is an outtake of the City Girls Point Blank Period documentary. The post included a caption where she appears to have come to grips with the pregnancy. She comes off confidence and calculated and is firm in her decision to move forward with her choice. More importantly, she appears happy and at peace.

This is Yung Miami’s second child, but her first with her boyfriend, producer Southside. She has a song from a previous relationship.
