Just seven months after releasing his last album, KIRK, North Carolina native and breakout star, DaBaby is back with a new project. The album couldn’t come at a more perfect time with people stuck at home in the middle of this pandemic, eager for new music. The DaBaby Blame It On Baby Album was released on Friday April 17th via South Coast Music Group/Interscope Records.
The lead single for the album was released a couple weeks ago. “Find A Way” produced by DJ Kid is another bop from the rapper in the the same rhythmic vein as some of his previous hits. To accompany the song, DaBaby released a 10 minute visual. Directed by Reel Goats and starring both DaBaby and influencer, BSimone, the visual follows the pair as they attempt to secure finances for the rapper’s ailing grandmother. After posing the ominous question, “Have you ever seen somebody turn into a monster for a good cause?” the film transitions to music video form.
