Sammie and Eric Bellinger have sprung a new tour on us! Earlier today, the R&B crooners announced their now-anticipated joint run, the Vibes On Vibes Tour, which is set to begin in March.
The 27-city expedition will kick off at Atlanta, Georgia’s Center Stage on March 11th and make its last stop at Birmingham, Alabama’s Saturn on April 19th.
“For the last two years, I was restricted from connecting with y’all due to the pandemic,” Bellinger wrote in his Instagram post. “But guess what… THE WAIT IS OVER! I’m beyond excited to announce I’ll be going on tour with my homie @SammieAlways in March!”
Two heavyweights. Sharing the same stage. The ladies sure are in for a treat with this dynamic duo!
While Bellinger is coming off of the unveiling of his Grammy-nominated album, New Light, which was released in September of 2021, Sammie is gearing up for his new single, “P*ssy Cry,” that will make its way onto streaming platforms on January 28th. We can also expect his EP, Satin Sheets, to arrive on February 11th.
“I have no heartbreak or pain to convey. I just want to love, make love, and be loved. I’ve never dedicated an entire project to being truly in the now, which, in this moment, is a space of boldness, and confidence. It’s who I am,” Sammie told VIBE Magazine about the forthcoming music. “It’s been too long where a body of work just gave you a sense of calm, passion, and sexy. Satin Sheets is precisely that. We were put here to procreate. Continue the legacy. Champion companionship, it’s time for a man to be and exude the epitome of alpha and gentle aura simultaneously. So I present to you all, that part of me.”
Presale tickets for the Vibes On Vibes Tour are now available through Spotify (use password: vibesonvibes). Venue presales will commence on Wednesday, January 12th. Normal sales are slated for Friday, the 14th.
