Jada Pinkett Smith returns to ‘Red Table Talk’ in the season 5 trailer. In the upcoming season, the popular show is featuring the voices of international superstars while discussing their personal traumas and secrets.
The Emmy Award-winning ‘red table talk’ is unexpectedly returning less than a month after Will Smith slapped Chris Rock at the Academy Awards and just released a teaser. It features Jada Pinkett Smith, her mom Adrienne Banfield Norris and her daughter Willow Smith, as well as the Red Tables themselves.
The three women will host genuine and emotional conversations in the Smith family home. In a special episode, Willow and Jaden, as well as Trey, will host their very first solo show as a family.

In the trailer’s most moving scene, the trio meets the mother of Miss USA Cheslie Kryst, who died by suicide early this year. Also, Oscar-winner Kim Basinger and daughter Ireland Baldwin will guest star on Red Table Talk season 5.
Shedding some light on her divorce from ex-husband Alec Baldwin, she told the hosts, “I wouldn’t leave the house. I would no longer go to dinner. I had to re-learn how to drive. We went through a heavy-duty, very out loud when you’re in the public divorce.”
Ireland Baldwin also discusses her crippling anxiety, “I have been in physical abusive relationships, I have been in emotional, verbal, very gaslit-manipulative relationships. I’ve been through a lot of different kinds of abuse.”
Janelle Monáe is expected to participate in one of the show’s future episodes, and she could be seen in the clip talking about her personal problems and her father’s problematic history with drugs. “I am super honored to be here,” Janelle said. “My dad had gotten on crack cocaine, I was dealing with real rejection, abandonment issues.”
Other guests include Tinder Swindler victim Ayleen Charlotte, Jaden Smith, Trey Smith, and Shark Tank’s Barbara Corcoran.
Red Table Talk returns to the TV series on April 20 and will air new episodes each week at noon ET.
