Chanel McFarlane Shows Off New Crib Following Divorce Drama.
Ex-wife to producer and beat maker DJ Mustard, took to her Instagram page, revealing a key to her new house.
“New chapter, stepping into my blessings,” Chanel wrote on Instagram Story. “This is the first time I have my own spot y’all.”
The Instagram star and model showed off the key to her house seemingly leaving the family house behind. This followed about two months after Dijon Isaiah McFarlane filed for a divorce.
“Thank you for the kind words, thoughts and prayers. Anyone that followed me or knows me personally knows my family means the world to me,” Chanel wrote. “I’ve dedicated 12 loyal years and it is more than heartbreaking to see things end.
Dj Mustard had Cited the reason for the separation as ‘irreconcilable differences’, clearing Chanel’s name as she was accused of cheating.
It’s one thing to have my family business on the internet and of course I initially didn’t respond cause I don’t owe the public no explanation,” Mustard wrote. “But I do owe my family to clear this false narrative that [Chanel] cheated that’s out and that never happened !”
“At this time man we just trying to deal with our family matters privately we’ve shared 12 years together so I’m sure y’all can respect this ain’t an easy issue, we just ask for privacy. I’m human with kids, old enough to read if y’all can’t respect us at least respect that.”
The former couple was together for about 12 years but tied the knot only in October 2020 after getting engaged back in 2018. At the time, they had been together for eight years. This means their divorce came only after a year-and-a-half of marriage. They share three children Kiylan, 10, Kauner, 7, and Kody who is just two years old.
