Cold & flu remedies is what we all need when the season starts to change and we start sneezing. After COVID appeared to us a few years ago, many people have decided to take their health a little more serious but chances of you catching a cold or flu are still very possible.

When you combine ginger, oranges, lemon, cinnamon, apple cider vinegar & honey into a pot and let it steep for about 20-30 minutes you would have found the perfect remedy for cold & flu. Drinking this everyday before, during and after a cold or flu will help either keep your immune system from crashing or simply allow your immune system to heal itself again.
Some people even takr elderberry syrup to rid of any cold & flu as well but with any remedy you should always speak with your doctor before trying anything new.
Although these are great remedies for the cold & flu you should continue to be cautious of who you are surrounding yourself with during this time as well and place your health first before anything because YOU MATTER.
