In the video Teyana touched on her personal style and other topics like her favorite place to eat in the fashion capital of the world.
“What’s going on?” she said as the viral tiktoker approached her.
“What’s your name and where are you from?” he asked.
“Here you go starting,” Teyana responded with a giggle. “Teyana Taylor from Harlem.”

“Harlem in definitely in the building, but the goddamn you see this fit? Jeez!” the tiktoker exclaimed before Teyana stepped back a bit with another laugh. “Describe it for us right quick please.”
“You know, Balenciaga from head to toe.” she replied.
“Dayum! Jeez. Everything, oh my god. You just left the show, how do you feel about it?”
“Oh my god it was amazing, it was intense, I loved it,” Teyana said.
“What is fashion to you? Cuz you be putting it on,” the tiktoker replied.
“Umm, I think fashion is an expression, you know? I see it, I like it, I put it on,” the singer said.
“What are some things around your neigbhorhood that inspired you to dress the way you dress?”
“I mean you know Harlem is a whole runway now, you know what I’m saying, especially in my era coming up. Harlem has always been a runway for me,” Teyana gushed about her hometown.
“What’s your favorite place to eat at in Paris?” the People Gallery tiktoker asked before she went on her way.
“Babylon,” she responded.
Her interview came just two weeks after news broke that she and her now-ex Iman Shumpert had parted ways, but she seemed to be in great spirits. As Parle previously reported, Teyana confirmed her split from Iman in a social media post. The two had separated since tying the knot in 2016, but the Harlem native made it clear that the two are still friends and business partners. They share two children together, Junie and Rue.
