Trey Songz has been getting sexual assault lawsuits like you’d collect coupons for ramen. In February, he was accused of rape in a $25 million lawsuit which he refuted by arguing that it was past the statute of limitation. In June, another lawsuit hit him for groping and exposing a woman’s breast at a party in 2013, a $10 million one this time around.
Now it’s October and news reaching us is that he is being sued by two women because he couldn’t keep it in his pants back in 2015. The women claim that they woke up to Trey forcing himself on them with non-consensual sex after they had passed out at his house party the night before.
The Lawsuit
According to the new lawsuits obtained by TMZ, the two women are accusing Trey of sexual assault and battery for an alleged 2015 incident at his Los Angeles-area estate.
The duo first met Trey at his concert and got invited to his after-party from there. Following this, they got invited to his birthday party in August and this was where everything went south.
In the lawsuit, the women took an Uber to the R&B singers’ home and were made to drop their phones with passwords at the door. Upon entering they were forced to drink alcohol from unsealed bottles along with several other women, by the few men present.
They were reportedly drugged because they got intoxicated fast despite taking modest amount of drinks. After this they were taken upstairs by Trey where they fell asleep… fully clothed.
However, when they woke up in the morning they were stark naked! One of the women said she woke up to Trey giving her oral sex, and got overpowered when she resisted. The other woman says she woke up to him biting her nipples and with his fingers up in her vagina.
After the alleged sexual assault, they said he insisted they took a shower with him…to get rid of evidence? He got livid when they wouldn’t and said, “You are little f***** girls, get the f*** out of my house.”
They tried to make a run for it but he wouldn’t let them. Not until a security personnel intervened and gave them their phones so they could call an Uber.
According to them they still have injuries from the incident and they need to be paid for damages.
No words from Trey yet but his attorney, Michael Freedman in a talk with TMZ said,
“This is yet another example of nearly decade-old allegations being repurposed to take advantage of California’s constitutionally questionable new lookback window. We look forward to vindicating Trey on the merits in court.”
