You may have grown familiar with songstress Uchis through her Grammy-winning 2019 collaboration with producer KAYTRANADA, “10%,” or double-platinum single “Telepatía,” which commanded the TikTok streets in 2020.
Toliver, best known for his triple-platinum hits “No Idea” and “After Party,” also blew up on the Chinese short-form video app. The Houstonian has teamed up with numerous mainstream artists, such as Gunna, Wiz Khalifa, and Eminem.

Uchis Sparks Dating Rumors After Spotted Wearing Toliver’s Chain (May 2021)
In May 2021, Uchis appeared in Toliver’s music video for his track “What You Need” and was later seen rocking his Heaven or Hell neckpiece on her Instagram Story. If you didn’t know, Heaven or Hell is the title of Toliver’s breakout album, which dropped in 2020. Uchis’ sighting in the blinged-out chain — plus the cameo in the song’s visual — prompted many to wonder if the two were seeing each other.

Things Get a Little Steamy in Their Video for “Drugs N Hella Melodies” (June 2021).
Toliver and Uchis’s first collaboration was “Drugs N Hella Melodies.” The seductive track acts as the eighth song on Toliver’s Life of a DON album. Mirroring its intense, sex-driven storyline, Uchis and Toliver’s chemistry shines as they intimately embrace each other in a vintage-style tub. Their heated bubble bath scene only strengthened the relationship whispers. “Drugs N Melodies” was reportedly filmed in Uchis’ family’s country, Colombia, as was “What You Need.”
Toliver Confirms That He and Uchis Are an Item (July 2021)
During a sit-down with W Magazine, in July 2021, Toliver confirmed that he and Uchis were together but keeping a low profile.
“We’re not crazy public or nothing like that,” the “Bandit” phenomenon told the outlet. “We just vibe.”
While shooting “What You Need” and “Drugs N Hella Melodies” in Colombia, Toliver met Uchis’ loved ones.
“I already had it in my mind to go out there and shoot a video with her incorporated into it, to make it a real-deal situation,” he concluded.
It was suspected that Toliver and Uchis’ romance started well before 2021.
They Attend the Houston Rockets vs. Los Angeles Lakers Game Together (November 2021)
On Nov. 1, 2021, paparazzi captured Toliver and Uchis having a courtside date at the Houston Rockets vs. Los Angeles Lakers basketball game in Los Angeles. The (then) newly established couple seemed to be enjoying each other’s company. Okay, lovebirds! *finger snap*
Uchis Gushes Over Her Romance with Toliver (March 2023)
During an interview with media personality Big Boy, Uchis spoke about her instant connection with Toliver.
“We just really connected as soon as I met him. We had a really strong connection, and I don’t have that with a lot of people. So, when I do get that, I value it,” she said in one part of the conversation. Uchis added, “I meet people all the time… and it’s not often that I make a connection with somebody like that.

On January 11, 2024, Uchis dropped the video for her song “Tu Corazón Es Mío,” which co-starred Toliver and her growing baby bump.
Under an Instagram reel, with mini recordings of her and Toliver basking in their then-forthcoming arrival, she wrote:
“Starting our family. Don’t take too long to get here little pooks, mom & dad can’t wait to share our life with you.”

Their Baby Boy Is Born (March 2024)

Uchis gave birth to their son in March 2024. Although she didn’t reveal an exact date, she uploaded a video from labor and delivery to her Instagram.
She wrote in a blurb under the post, “you are everything we could have hoped for & more. Thank you God for our beautiful healthy baby boy, & thank you all for the Good energy along the way. may our home & your homes forever be blessed with peace, happiness & health.”
Further into the clip of their new bundle of joy’s first moments, certain angles of his feet and head are shown but not his face.
