Salads can be eaten in many different ways. Sure, you have your classics, but there are also many variations to salads that you might not even be thinking about. We want to help you elevate your salads. Take them to the next level if you well.
Some people are afraid to eat salads because they don’t know how to make it enjoyable or how to make it properly. We can change that. Here are some ways to level up your salads and give them a tasty twist.
Protein Packed Salad
This one is obvious, right? A good way to eat a salad in a healthy way, is to add some type of protein. Grilled chicken, salmon, shrimp, tofu, eggs, and beans are all good ways to add protein. You can do seasoned grilled chicken, chopped lettuce, ranch, and pickles.
Grain Based Salad
Having your salad mixed with grains is fulfilling. You can put rice in your salad for a more seasoned taste. Yellow rice, lettuce, pickles, ranch, slices olives. Seasoned rice adds more flavor so it makes the salad more enjoyable,
Coldcut Salad
Do you like coldcuts? Well then put them in your salad. Put swiss cheese slices underneath ham slices and roll into a log, cut log into miniature rolls, you can also do with swiss cheese and turkey. Chop lettuce, add goya salad seasoning, a little bit of oil, vinegar, chopped bacon bits, chopped pickles and Italian olives, shredded Mexican cheese, mix, you can also add ranch as well. It’s also a 10/10.
Chopped Salad
Everything is easier to ignore and eat, once it’s smaller. Chop lettuce, cucumbers, onions, peppers, broccoli, and seasoned chicken. Don’t like any of those veggies? Shop into very very small pieces so you can’t see or taste them. They’re healthy and fulfilling.
Warm Salad
Like potatoes, broccoli, or brussels sports? Toast and season with seasonings like adobo, sazon, salt and pepper, or whatever else you want to season it with. Chop up lettuce and your veggies and add ranch or Italian dressing or whatever dressing you wanna add.
