Fireboy DML in E VIP Africa season two?
After a successful first season, E! VIP Africa is back with a season two to continue providing in-depth, behind-the-scenes access to some of Africa’s most famous and influential celebrities on E!
E! VIP Africa season two takes us through the backstories of South African, Ghanaian, Kenyan, and Nigerian public figures. African hottest acts such as Sarkodie, Jo-anne Reyneke, Daniel Churchill, Boity Thulo, Yvonne Nelson, Gert-Johan Coetzee, Nasty C, Kate Kamau, Yemi Alade, Mihlali, and Fireboy are given a spotlight on the show.
Afrobeats Superstar Fireboy DML in E VIP Africa Season Two
In the recent episode of E! VIP Africa that was devoted to Fireboy, he discusses how it felt to be signed to his first record label. He says, “The day I got signed, that day was very special, because where I was staying with my friends at the time, it was that day I was meant to leave, and I had nowhere else to go.”
In addition, Fireboy discloses the name of the song that holds a very special place in his heart, saying, “Tattoo is one of my favorite songs, it’s that song I can never get tired of.”
The African superstar who is the voice behind “Peru,” which was remixed with Ed Sheeran, revealed the production of his smash hit. “Peru” was on the Billboard hot 100 for fifteen weeks peaking at #53 and ranked #1 for six weeks on the Billboard U.S. Afrobeats Songs.
A total of eight of Fireboy’s songs, including “Playboy,” “Ashawo,” and “Bandana,” have made it onto the Billboard U.S. Afrobeats Songs chart. In the meantime, Fireboy DML is currently touring nine different countries. The final stop on the Playboy 2023 tour is scheduled to take place on March 28 in Cologne, Germany.
The second season’s concluding episode of E! VIP Africa that featured Fireboy was initially aired on E! on Sunday, March 19, 2023. Viewers can look out for the show on Universal+.
