Doja Cat opens up about her vape addiction, and it seems like it might’ve had something to do with her recent tonsil infection.

The 26-year-old popstar took to her Twitter to share some news about her health, leaving her supporters in a state of wonder and worry.

“dr. just had to cut my left tonsil. i had an abscess in it,” she wrote on her account. “my whole throat is f*cked so i might have some bad news for y’all soon.”

According to the “Woman” rapper, her problem commenced after mixing wine and the excessive use of e-cigarettes with the antibiotics that she was already taking for inflammation in her tonsils.

Of course, concerned fans flooded the replies, suggesting that she tries to wean herself off of the vape. However, the artist was very adamant and transparent about the fact that she’s become too dependent on them.

While most are questioning whether this is Cat’s exit from the music scene, we’re hoping that she’s provided with the healing that she needs to move forward and feel better.

We send our good wishes!
