Rihanna and Azealia Banks Trade Shots On Social Media

Donald Trump is a week into his presidency and chaos is already spreading. Amidst all of the protests going on over Trump’s executive order to ban citizens of 7 Muslim-majority countries, Rihanna and Azealia Banks got into it on Instagram.

Banks has already made it known that she is a supporter of Trump. But when Rihanna criticized Trump and his executive order, Banks decided to voice her opinions, again, in some Instagram posts.

Disgusted! The news is devastating! America is being ruined right before our eyes! What an immoral pig you have to be to implement such BS!!

— Rihanna (@rihanna) January 29, 2017

“No. this is all stupid and wrong. Is she even American ???? Can she even vote? We started a war we HAVE to finish or else it will finish us,” Banks wrote in response.

Rihanna’s comeback was actually pretty simple. She posted a picture of herself with a kissy face and alluded to the fact that Banks likes to sacrifice chickens in her closet.

“As far as Rihanna (who isn’t a citizen, and can’t vote) and all the rest of the celebrities who are using their influence to stir the public, you lot really REALLY need to shut up and sit down,” Banks wrote in an Instagram post that has since been deleted.

“But I can say that as an American who enjoys her safety and overall ability to maintain a certain level of ignorance as pertains to the world outside of our borders,” she added, “I am 100% shook about open borders and would be reallllllllllllly [sic] scared for my self and my family if any parts of that war began to become real on this soil.”

In another bit of retaliation, Azealia Banks got real petty and decided to leak Rihanna’s phone number on her social media. That post has also since been deleted. This new Rihanna and Azealia Banks beef is just another feud among many that the rapper has had with others in the music industry, including Erykah Badu, Iggy Azalea and others.
