Ty Dolla $ign is set to release the follow-up to his Campaign album, Beach House 3. The third installment of his mixtape series, the album will be release on October 27 via Atlantic Records. Dolla $ign took to his instagram page to announce the news to fans with the official cover art, with its vibrant design of an island shaped like the letters T, D, S to symbolize the singer’s moniker.
The singer also gave the fans two new songs off his forthcoming album. One of the songs, titled “Dawsin’s Breek”, features Jeremih and production from Mike Will Made-It. The song is a braggadocious track with Dolla $ign and Jeremih singing about luxury cars and ladies.
“I got a brand new coupe/ I got a brand new ‘Rari/ I got a brand new boo/ I put my bitch in park,” Some quotable lyrics Dolla $ign sing.
The second song, “Message In A Bottle”, shows the soulful talent of Ty Dolla $ign. The singer sings about the party lifestyle he lives and all the drinking he partakes in.

Beach House 3’s previous single “Love U Better,” which featured Lil Wayne and The-Dream was released earlier this Summer. Despite the high profile features and releasing a visual for the track, the song hasn’t quite performed as well as might have been hoped.
Beach House 3 is expected to be a 20 track album, the pre-order is available now HERE.
