Eminem decided to hit Hip-Hop with the surprise of all surprises today with the release of his latest album. Without any bit of warning the Eminem Kamikaze album was released shortly after midnight.
Eminem announced the project on his instagram 10 minutes after midnight with a post that read:
Tried not 2 overthink this 1… enjoy.

The album features Joyner Lucas, Royce da 5’9″ and Jessie Reyez. The last track, “Venom” comes from the soundtrack from the forthcoming movie of the same name.
The album was executive produced by Dr. Dre and features additional writing contributions from Justin Vernon (“Fall”) and Little Dragon (“Normal”). Additionally, the track “Greatest” interpolates Kendrick Lamar’s “HUMBLE.”.
The album’s artwork pays homage to the Beastie Boys License To Ill project.
