The crew is back for another ride. HBO Max’s Issa Rae produced reality series bringing attention to Los Angeles socialites, is back for another season. Sweet Life season 2 is set to premiere on August 4th.
If you loved the cast from season one, you’ll be happy to know that they are back! Amanda Scott, Briana Jones, Cheryl Des Vignes, Jaylenn Hart, Jerrold Smith II, P’Jae Compton, Rebecca Magett, Rob Lee, and Tylynn Burns return for the new season on Sweet Life and we get a fiery first look in the new trailer. JOrdan Bentley is the only cast member who does not return. Supporting cast members from season 1, Rebecca Magett, Rob Lee and Jaylenn Hart, will be a part of the main cast for Sweet Life season 2. Sweet Life: Los Angeles is about young black people who come up together as friends and go through all the motions of coming into adulthood while pursuing careers as they scratch the surface in their young lives. Season one premiered last August.

Season 2 premieres on August 4th with four episodes. Then there will be three episodes dropping each week until August 18th.
SWEET LIFE: LOS ANGELES gives a unique look at what it means to be young, Black, ambitious, and in constant pursuit of one’s dreams. Exploring themes of loyalty, legacy, and love, this coming-of-age series follows a group of long-time friends in South Los Angeles as they navigate the relatable, chaotic, mid-20s moments at the quarter-life mark and propel each other into adulthood success.
