Tems has another big win under her belt and her fans are ecstatic. The Nigerian singer is set to appear on the soundtrack of Black Panther: Wakanda Forever coming 11th November.
This news was revealed after the new teaser for the Black Panther sequel featured Tems singing over it. The BET Award winning singer covers Bob Marley’s “No Woman No Cry” over the solemn trailer and everyone is in love with her cover.
Wakanda Forever Prologue, the soundtrack will be released on July 25th, a very early release for the film, which doesn’t premiere until November 11th.

Tems has achieved a lot of milestones this year and there is no stop in sight for her. Temilade Openiyi professionally known as Tems snagged her first number 1 debut this year. She did this by featuring on Future’s hit “Wait For You” along with Drake. The song samples “Higher” by Tems & debuted at number one on the Billboard Hot 100.
Additionally , Tems won the award for Best International Act at the 22nd BET awards in June of this year. The first female Nigerian singer to win it. As if that wasn’t enough, she was revealed to be among one of several featured artists on Beyonce’s upcoming album, Renaissance.
The “Essence” singer has listeners everywhere proud of her new achievement. Her career has come a long way in such a short time, that fans cannot help but be proud. She quit her job in 2018 to pursue music and went on to release several hits. Things changed for the better the moment her song with Wizkid titled “Essence” went global.
Since then, Tems has accomplished a lot of impressive feats.
